General ACT! information

  • All ACT! editions are licensed on a named user basis - 1 licence per user
  • ACT! Premium is supplied with technical support for an initial 12 month term - optional thereafter
  • For all installations of ACT! 2012 we recommend that each server, workstation and laptop possesses at least 2GB of RAM. Systems requirements are shown in our ACT! 2012 Pro and ACT! Premium pages
  • If you already use an earlier version of ACT! you may be entitled to upgrade your user licences on a like-for-like basis. Refer to our ACT! Upgrade Guide for more information.
